Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account at ClassOfOdds, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the ClassOfOdds platform, regardless of the device or method of access.

If you access ClassOfOdds on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. You remain personally responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

Eligibility and Registration

To register an account and use ClassOfOdds, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in and a resident of the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf — not as an agent or on behalf of another person.
• You do not already hold an active account on ClassOfOdds. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from any gaming platform.

ClassOfOdds reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity and eligibility at any point. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements may be suspended or permanently closed.

Account Registration and Verification

ClassOfOdds conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as part of its standard account management process. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued ID before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/UMID, PhilHealth ID, voter's ID, PRC ID, and postal ID.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username and password — confidential. You must notify ClassOfOdds immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ClassOfOdds are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine bank transfer, local mobile banking, and select Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Transactions are processed through the ClassOfOdds cashier system.

The following payment methods are not supported for deposits or withdrawals:

• Credit cards or debit cards as gambling deposits

• Third-party transfers — your withdrawal account must match the name on your ClassOfOdds registration

Games, Bets, and Platform Use

ClassOfOdds offers a range of gaming options including slots, eBingo, Fish Games, live casino, and sports betting. All games and betting markets are made available on an "as is" basis, and game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live event results, as applicable.

Bets that have been accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled by the player. In the event of a technical failure or system error that affects a round or bet, ClassOfOdds will review the affected transactions and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include voiding the affected bets and refunding the wager amount.

Players may not use any automated software, bots, or tools to interact with the ClassOfOdds platform. Attempts to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system errors, or engage in collusion are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, ClassOfOdds may offer promotional bonuses, cashback, or other incentives to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

General conditions that apply to all promotions on ClassOfOdds unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are separate from real money balances until any applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash at face value, or applied retroactively to settled bets.
• ClassOfOdds reserves the right to withdraw a promotion or modify its terms at any time before a player has claimed it.

In the event of a suspension or closure, any balance held in the account will be reviewed. Legitimate balances free of bonus encumbrance will be returned to the player after an investigation is concluded, subject to standard verification requirements.
